Redmine 4.2.2, 4.1.4 リリース

2021年8月1日（中央ヨーロッパ時間）、Redmine 4.2.2 と 4.1.4 がリリースされました。不具合修正が中心の maintenance release であり、Redmine 4.2.2の場合、4.2.1に対して22件の修正が行われています。

なお、セキュリティ関係の修正が2件含まれています。速やかにアップデートすることが推奨されています。

Railsを5.2.6にアップデート。セキュリティ脆弱性の修正を含む（CVE-2021-22902、CVE-2021-22903、CVE-2021-22885、CVE-2021-22904）
Defect #35417: User sessions not reset after 2FA activation
ユーザーが二要素認証を有効化したとき有効化前からログイン済みのセッションがリセットされない（CVE-2021-37156）
